HOW WE DO IT
The coaching partnership takes place over 6-10 sessions and involves the identification of highly meaningful and challenging (within reason) goals, and the attainment thereof. We fully believe that our clients have what it takes to come up with their own ideas, thoughts, and feelings about how things should be, and we support them in deciding and acting on the right way forward for them. We recommend the use of a relevant psychometric assessment such as Enneagram to enable a highly focused coaching experience. We are particular about adhering to the ICF Coaching Competencies in our one-on-one coaching engagements.
The Systemic Team Coaching partnership takes place over approximately 12 months. It involves working alongside your team to decide upon the specific outcomes required from such an intervention, as well as co-creating the journey map for the process. We are licensed to use the Team Connect 360 as a diagnostic tool, enabling new and valuable insights into how your team can be more effective and productive.
Group Coaching and are designed to stimulate interesting and insightful peer-to-peer learning on topics that are relevant in today’s world. Topics include Emotional Intelligence, Thinking Differently (Creatively and Critically), Vision Boarding for your future, Communication Skills, Working in Complex Environments, Systemic Thinking, Conflict Management and Stakeholder Mapping.
